Medical Instruction for Australian Embassy Visa Applicant:

Prior the examinations following documents are required:

Medical examination should be conducted before the immigrant and non immigrant visa interview. Green Crescent Health Services and Dr. Lina Shahnaz Parveen Hoq is lawfully authorized by the Department of immigration and boarder protection of Australia and Australian embassy, Dhaka, Bangladesh to conduct health screening for the students, immigrant and non immigrant seeking Australia visa for Bangladesh citizens.

Prior the examination following documents are required:

  1. HAPID/TRN ID and copy of the medical referral letter
  2. Original passport along with photocopy of passport (1 set)
  3. Three (3) copy passport size recent photos
  4. Medical advice form
  5. E-Medical examination fee per person BDT 5000/= for temporary residence. If permanent residence BDT 6000/= and per child under eleven years BDT 3000/= (If form 26)
  6. You can visit our Clinic Saturday to Thursday, except government holidays from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM without any appointment.

  9. The result of the examination will be forwarded directly by the panel physician in a sealed envelope to the Australian high Commission Dhaka or their advice office prior to the interview.
