Prior the examinations following documents are required:

For other embassy’s who are not included with us can visit or contact us for your medical checkup, we will do the needful according to the rules and regulation of your concern ministry.   1. Original passport along with photocopy of passport (1 set)
  2. Two (2) copy passport size recent photos
  3. Referral advise letter along with a photocopy (1 set)
  4. Medical examination fee:
    => For the country of IRELAND, per person BDT 5500/=
    => For the country of POLAND, per person BDT 6000/=
    => For the country of PORTUGAL, per person BDT 6000/=
    => For the country of REPUBLIC OF NAURU, per person BDT 6000/=
    => For the country of TAIWAN, per person BDT 5500/=
    => For the country of GERMANY, per person BDT 6000/=
  5. You can visit our Clinic Saturday to Thursday, except government holidays from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM without any appointment.

  8. The result of the examination will be forwarded directly by the panel physician in a sealed envelope to the embassy prior to interview date.
