Medical Instruction for France Embassy Visa Applicant:

Prior the examinations following documents are required:

Medical examination known as BAT should be conducted before the immigrant visa interview if embassy or the concern ministry requires. Green Crescent Health Services and Dr. Lina Shahnaz Parveen Hoq is lawfully authorized by the France embassy, Dhaka, Bangladesh and immigration service to conducting BAT for the students, immigrant and non immigrant seeking France visa for Bangladesh citizens.

Prior the examination following documents are required:

  1. Original passport along with photocopy of passport (1 set)
  2. Two (2) copy passport size recent photos
  3. Referral advise letter along with a photocopy (1 set)
  4. Age Test examination fee per person BDT 5000/= per set
  5. You can visit our Clinic Saturday to Thursday, except government holidays from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM without any appointment.

  8. The result of the examination will be forwarded directly by the panel physician in a sealed envelope to the France embassy Dhaka prior to interview date.
