Medical Instruction for Spain Embassy Visa Applicant:

Prior the examinations following documents are required:

Medical examination should be conducted before the immigrant visa interview. Green Crescent Health Services and Dr. Lina Shahnaz Parveen Hoq is lawfully authorized by the Spain embassy, Dhaka, Bangladesh and immigration service to conduct health screening for the students, immigrant and non immigrant seeking Spain visa for Bangladesh citizens. If the embassy or their concern ministry require, they can also prescribe DNA test.

Prior the examination following documents are required:

  1. Original passport along with photocopy of passport (1 set)
  2. Two (2) copy passport size recent photos
  3. Referral advise letter along with a photocopy (1 set)
  4. Medical examination fee per person BDT 4500/=
  5. For the DNA test, please visit to our facility physically with referral sheet from the embassy to complete all formalities before the payment.
  6. You can visit our Clinic Saturday to Thursday, except government holidays from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM without any appointment.

  9. The result of the examination will be forwarded directly by the panel physician in a sealed envelope to the embassy prior to interview date.
