Medical Instruction for Newzealand Embassy Visa Applicant:

Prior the examinations following documents are required:

Medical examination should be conducted before the immigrant and non immigrant visa interview. Green Crescent Health Services and Dr. Lina Shahnaz Parveen Hoq is lawfully authorized by the Department of New-Zealand immigration and Newzealand embassy, Dhaka, Bangladesh to conduct health screening for the students, immigrant and non immigrant seeking New-Zealand visa for Bangladesh citizens.

Prior the examination following documents are required:

  1. Medical referral letter or INZ number if applicable
  2. Original passport along with photocopy of passport (1 set)
  3. Four copy (4) passport size recent photos
  4. BDT 7500/= for General checkup including all tests, and BDT 2000/= for x-ray.
  5. You can visit our Clinic Saturday to Thursday, except government holidays from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM without any appointment.

  8. The result of the examination will be forwarded directly by the panel physician in a sealed envelope to the applicant prior to the interview.
